New Build Developments

Blacksons are practiced in monitoring the development of a new build in compliance with building control regulations. In combining our Surveying and Project Management skills, we are able t act as a development monitoring surveyor in relation to commercial building projects. We will monitor the build in regular observations of the process, beginning prior to construction and then with the initial below ground works inspections, continuing at regular intervals until completion.
