All our surveyors are specialists in their field and have substantial experience in their geographical locations and are proficient in carrying out condition surveys for homebuyers including the popular RICS Home Surveys - Level 1, 2 and Housing Disrepair claims.
OUR STORY
Blacksons was founded in 2018 by our Managing Director, Ricki Hutchinson. Ricki has 21 years of experience in the construction and surveying industry, working on commercial and residential projects with a value of over £11m.
Following successful spells at Bradley Hall and Newcastle University Estate Support Services, Blacksons has been developed using Ricki’s extensive experience and knowledge in project and facility management and statutory compliance.
Since its establishment in 2018, Blacksons services and team are now comfortably based in the friendly neighbourhood of Low Fell, Gateshead. With our northern roots, we pride ourselves on our down-to-earth and professional approach.
We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, giving you the assurance of receiving only the highest level of service from quality professionals who are dedicated to maintaining high standards in this field.
